Cat Saved from Grenfell Tower Fire Comforts Victims

Pancho the cat is one of many who are now without a home due to the devastating Grenfell Tower fire in West London.

Thankfully, the feline escaped the fatal inferno with his life.

According to The Telegraph, Pancho was saved from the blaze and brought to nearby St. Clement’s Church to join other displaced victims.

Volunteers helping at the church believe the kitty was separated from his family during the chaos surrounding the fire.

While Pancho is without his pet parents for now, he is still receiving plenty of affection.

The blue-eyed feline was seen cuddling with other victims, providing much needed comfort to those trying to process this tragic incident.

Pancho’s generosity and bravery have earned him a following. After seeing Pancho’s photo on Twitter, numerous fans and concerned animal lovers have offered to foster the cat until his parents are located.

Local animal rescue Battersea Dogs Home has also offered to provide care and housing for Pancho and any other animals left homeless by the Grenfell Tower fire. The rescue can be contacted at 0207 627 9217.
