What was recalled: The following dry dog foods with “best by” dates of May 29, 2020 – Aug. 10, 2020 only:

  • Natural Life Chicken Meal & Potato Formula Dry Dog Food, 17.5 lb. bags, UPC #0-12344-08175-1

According to the FDA report, “Natural Life Pet Products became aware of the elevated levels of Vitamin D after receiving complaints from 3 pet owners of Vitamin D toxicity after consuming the product. An investigation revealed a formulation error led to the elevated Vitamin D in the product.”
